Privacy policy

This privacy policy covers the website statiedelen.nl. StatieDelen is currently a personal project under development. For any privacy question, contact hello@statiedelen.nl.

The StatieDelen app has its own privacy policy, available inside the app. Below is what does — and does not — happen when you visit this website.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no similar techniques such as local storage or tracking pixels. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or reject. We use no advertising networks and sell nothing on.

What we do process

Technical data when loading the site

The website is served through Cloudflare Pages. To deliver a web page, Cloudflare briefly processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the requested page. This is technically necessary to serve the site securely (legal basis: legitimate interest). We build no profiles with it and cannot identify you personally from it.

Anonymous visitor statistics

For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without following individual visitors: we only see aggregate numbers, such as page views per page.

Email

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply (legal basis: legitimate interest, or performance of an agreement if you join the beta, for example). We keep emails no longer than needed to handle them.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. The only party processing data when you visit this website is our hosting provider, Cloudflare (as a processor).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have, among others, the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data. Email hello@statiedelen.nl to exercise these rights. You also always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

This policy may change, for example when the app becomes publicly available. The date at the top shows when the text was last updated.
